食物敏感性測試可透過量度血液中的免疫球蛋白g (IgG)抗體水平,辨識身體對常見的96種食物有否產生敏感反應,包括10種以上常見的致敏原類別,如乳製品、蛋、海鮮、蔬菜、生果等,並按IgG抗體水平高低排列為高、中、輕度及正常四個級別,幫助你了解哪些食物可能導致你身體的不適症狀,並提供應避免進食食物的指引,從此告別食物敏感帶來的不適。
